Thank you for your interest in commissioning my work! These Terms of Service are intended to ensure a clear and comfortable experience for both the client and myself. Please read this document carefully before placing an order.By purchasing a commission from me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every policy outlined below. Failure to read these terms does not exempt anyone from them.

All policies described in my general Terms of Service also apply to adoptable and character design purchases unless otherwise stated below. The following terms are specific to adoptables and are intended to clarify ownership, payment, and usage rights.By purchasing, bidding on, or claiming one of my adoptable designs, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these additional terms.

✦Availability & Communication

⋆˙⟡ Although art is my profession, I also have responsibilities outside of work, including personal commitments, household duties, and time dedicated to my own well-being. Because of this, my regular response hours are between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM (my local time).⋆˙⟡ I usually reply quickly during weekdays. On weekends and public holidays, however, responses may be slower, as those days are reserved primarily for personal projects and time away from work.⋆˙⟡ You’re always welcome to contact me regarding your commission. I’ll do my best to answer as soon as possible, but I kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Managing multiple projects means I can be a little slow.⋆˙⟡ Occasionally, I may temporarily prioritize emergency commissions or adoptable sales when unexpected financial situations arise. During these periods, my schedule and workload may shift accordingly. Your understanding is sincerely appreciated.

⟡Artistic Style & Creative Process

⋆˙⟡ My artwork is characterized by highly rendered illustrations, expressive posing, and careful attention to detail. Every piece is created using my own artistic workflow and interpretation.⋆˙⟡ Please keep in mind that my initial sketches are intentionally rough. They are designed to establish gesture, composition, proportions, and emotion, not visual polish. The artwork becomes progressively refined throughout the lineart, rendering, and final detailing stages.⋆˙⟡ Before commissioning me, I strongly encourage you to review my gallery, commission examples, and pricing information to ensure that my artistic style matches your expectations.⋆˙⟡ Creative freedom is an essential part of my process. While I always respect the concept, references, and requests provided by my clients, I reserve the right to make artistic decisions regarding composition, lighting, rendering, posing, expressions, color harmony, and other visual elements whenever they contribute to a stronger final illustration.⋆˙⟡ Detailed references are always appreciated. Character sheets, mood boards, written descriptions, music playlists, personality traits, lore, or any information that helps communicate the desired atmosphere are incredibly helpful. The more I understand your vision, the better I can translate it into artwork.⋆˙⟡ That said, if you prefer providing only the essential information, that’s perfectly fine as well. I’m comfortable working with both highly detailed briefs and simpler concepts.⋆˙⟡ By commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept this creative process.

✦Subjects I Accept

⋆˙⟡ I enjoy illustrating a broad variety of characters and creatures. Anthro animals are my favorite subjects, especially mammals, reptiles, birds, and mixed-species designs. I also happily accept human characters, humanoids, monsters, fantasy creatures, and original species.⋆˙⟡ I am comfortable depicting themes involving blood, armor, alcohol, drugs, fantasy violence, mecha and mature content.⋆˙⟡ Regarding NSFW artwork, I only draw fantasy or human-like genitalia. I do not draw anatomically realistic animal genitalia.⋆˙⟡ Please note that while NSFW versions of adoptable designs may occasionally be available, personal NSFW commissions are reserved exclusively for Cherry Tier supporters on my Patreon.

⟡Commission Workflow & Deadlines

⋆˙⟡ A visual reference of your character is required before work can begin. The reference does not need to be highly detailed, but I do need clear visual material to accurately depict your character.⋆˙⟡ Once full payment has been received, your commission will be added to my queue.⋆˙⟡ Every commission includes a sketch approval stage. During this phase, you’ll have the opportunity to request revisions before rendering begins. After the artwork has reached later stages, only minor adjustments can be made, such as correcting small details that were unintentionally omitted by either of us.⋆˙⟡ My standard turnaround time is up to five (5) months after payment has been completed. Delivery depends on my current queue and workload.⋆˙⟡ If your commission needs to be completed before a specific date (for example, as a birthday gift or convention piece) this must be discussed before payment. Rush orders require a $40 USD priority fee, allowing your project to receive scheduling priority.⋆˙⟡ Characters with exceptionally intricate or highly detailed designs may incur an additional $40 USD complexity fee, depending on the amount of extra work required.⋆˙⟡ Throughout the rendering process, I may include additional visual details or artistic refinements whenever I believe they enhance the overall quality of the finished piece.

✦Payments, Deposits & Refunds

⋆˙⟡ All commissions require full upfront payment through PayPal. Work will only begin after payment has been successfully received.⋆˙⟡ If payment has not yet been made, the commission may be cancelled by the client without any obligation.⋆˙⟡ Payment plans are available upon request. These arrangements require an agreed-upon initial deposit before work begins.⋆˙⟡ Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of whether the commission is later cancelled or the remaining balance is never completed.⋆˙⟡ Once I have started working on your commission, payments become non-refundable. This policy exists because PayPal automatically converts incoming payments into my local currency and transfers them directly to my bank account, making standard refunds financially impractical.

⟡Commercial Usage

⋆˙⟡ Unless otherwise agreed in writing, every commission is sold for personal use only.⋆˙⟡ If you intend to use the artwork commercially (including merchandise, branding, advertising, monetized content, publishing, or any business-related purpose) you must inform me before commissioning.⋆˙⟡ Commercial rights require separate licensing and adjusted pricing based on the
intended use.

⟡Prohibited Uses

⋆˙⟡ My artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, image generators, or any similar technology under any circumstances.⋆˙⟡ Likewise, my artwork may not be minted, sold, distributed, or associated with NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain technologies, or similar digital assets.⋆˙⟡ Any commercial exploitation outside the rights explicitly granted by me is prohibited.

✦Client Conduct

⋆˙⟡ I strive to provide a friendly, respectful, and enjoyable commission experience, and I expect the same courtesy in return.⋆˙⟡ Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.⋆˙⟡ I do not accept commissions from minors.⋆˙⟡ Additionally, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel commissions (with NO refund) involving individuals who promote, support, or actively engage with harmful ideologies or illegal or abusive content, including (but not limited to) racism, homophobia, transphobia, fascism, nazism, pedophilia, zoophilia, or similar material.⋆˙⟡ By commissioning me, you confirm that you do not knowingly support or participate in these activities. If this policy is intentionally violated or concealed in bad faith, the commission will be cancelled immediately without refund.

⟡Final Agreement

⋆˙⟡ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service in full and agree to abide by every policy described above.⋆˙⟡ These terms exist to protect both me and you, the customer, while ensuring a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable commission process for everyone involved.

✦Payment & Bidding

⋆˙⟡ Payments are accepted via PayPal in USD or EUR.⋆˙⟡ All payments are processed through a PayPal invoice.⋆˙⟡ When placing a public bid, please reply directly to the current highest bidder or the latest valid bid.⋆˙⟡ Please only bid if you are certain you intend and are financially able to purchase the design.⋆˙⟡ Private offers are welcome via DM or email at [email protected]⋆˙⟡ My Direct Messaging (DM) can be through Instagram(IG), Xtwitter (X), Ko-Fi, BlueSky(bsky) and Patreon.⋆˙⟡ My Adoptable Auctions can be made simultaneously through my social medias.⋆˙⟡ Early Access Adoptable Auctions via Patreon can be a thing.

⟡Holds & Payment Plans

⋆˙⟡ Small holds and payment plans are available if discussed before placing your bid.⋆˙⟡ Payment plans may be arranged on a weekly or monthly basis. Their duration is flexible depending on the total purchase price.⋆˙⟡ Any remaining artwork, alternate versions, or requested design edits will only be completed after the final payment has been received.⋆˙⟡ While a design is on hold, I reserve the right to consider higher offers or reopen the sale if the buyer withdraws.⋆˙⟡ If payment is not received within 24 hours after claiming a design (unless another arrangement has been agreed upon), the adoptable may be offered for sale again.⋆˙⟡ Payments made toward a payment plan are non-refundable
if the buyer chooses to cancel before completing it. In that case, ownership will not transfer, and the design may be resold.

✦NSFW Versions

⋆˙⟡ Buyers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or request nude or NSFW versions of an adoptable.⋆˙⟡ Nude references are intended strictly for anatomy and character reference purposes and are not inherently sexual.⋆˙⟡ If you would like a nude or NSFW version of a design, please let me know when purchasing.⋆˙⟡ Only the SFW version of the character may be displayed on my public social media. NSFW versions may be shared exclusively through my Cherry Tier Patreon.⋆˙⟡ Once purchased, you are free to post your character’s nude or NSFW versions however you wish.

⟡Ownership & Resale

⋆˙⟡ Once the design has been fully paid for, refunds are not available. If you no longer wish to keep the character, you may resell it.⋆˙⟡ Designs may only be resold for the same price originally paid, unless additional commissioned artwork has been added that increases the character’s value.⋆˙⟡ Characters obtained through an art trade or character trade may not be sold for money. They should instead be traded for artwork or characters of comparable value.⋆˙⟡ My designs may not be sold or transferred to anyone on my denylist.⋆˙⟡ Co-ownership of a design is permitted.⋆˙⟡ If you ever decide to resell one of my designs, I’d appreciate being informed, I would be happy to help promote the resale by sharing it with my audience.

✦Design Edits & Commercial Use

⋆˙⟡ You are welcome modify the character as you wish. However, I encourage keeping the overall identity recognizable as the original design.⋆˙⟡ My adoptable designs are intended for personal use unless commercial rights have been purchased separately.⋆˙⟡ They may not be used in commercial games, comics, animations, videos, or other mass-media projects without obtaining a separate commercial use license from me beforehand.
